Our walk this week was around the delightful village of Hingham. It was a long walk that we though we had cut down to 4 miles but in the end, was 5 miles. E. and I always know if we go over the 4 miles mark, despite what DB might be telling us!

I didn't really take any photographs of the walk itself as there was a scarecrow event on in the village so my photographs are of those:

Is it me or does the 'vicar' want to go to the toilet!

 Isn't this straw dog lovely!
If any of you know Burnham Market, this village is very similar but without quite the car parking issues! We had a lovely lunch in the Lincoln Tea Rooms which were busy. The ancestors of Abraham Lincoln came from here, hence lots of things being named Lincoln.

  1. Looks fantastic! I do think the scarecrow events are excellent, wish we had one in our village! That vicar Definitely looks like he needs the loo!! :)

  2. ............that straw dog is a beauty!

  3. We enjoyed the Lincoln Tea rooms too
