Both of these were 1000 pieces. Grandad with young grandson version was a complete nightmare as it had unusually shaped pieces. It will go off to the charity shop::
Grandad in his attic was better from a shape point of view but had a lot of brown which made it difficult. It too will go off to the charity shop:

DeleteWell done. They look difficult. I stick to 500 pieces.
ReplyDeleteAfter putting these away, we have just done another 500 piece train puzzle.
DeleteI stick to Ravensburger puzzles only.
ReplyDeleteWe used to only use theirs but have found a few other good makes.
DeleteThe puzzles look lovely, but those odd shaped pieces always throw my Hubby off.
